What is included in the price?

 

Each Sleepover in Style party rental includes:

  • hand-crafted A-frame tent for each party guest

  • foam mattress and fitted sheet

  • fleece blankets

  • décor pillows

  • battery operated fairy lights 

  • banners, pennants, and/or bunting

  • bedside tray

  • nightlight

  • theme decorations

  • personalized name plates for tents

  • personalized letter board

  • full service set-up, styling, and take-down

 

*Party guests are asked to bring their own sleeping pillows for hygienic reasons

Is there a minimum/maximum tent rental?

​

Sleepover in Style rents a minimum of 2 tents for parties.  Maximum tent rental is 16, though certain theme designs will have a maximum of 8.

What do we need to do ahead of time?

 

The party space must be clear of furniture and other items so that Sleepover in Style can set up everything you need for your party.  Please note that Sleepover in Style will not be responsible for moving any furniture.  

 

Please ensure an adult is present in the home when Sleepover in Style is on site.  We kindly ask that pets and young party guests are not present during party set-up and take-down.

 

Please help us with a smooth delivery and pick-up by ensuring a parking space is available to us near your entrance. 

 

Before the Sleepover in Style team arrives for take-down, please ensure that all guests have removed personal items from the tent area.

How long does the set-up take?

 

We typically require 1 – 1.5 hours for set-up, depending on the party size.  Take-down usually requires about 30 minutes.

How much room do we need?

 

Each tent set-up requires 3’ x 6.5’, as well as consideration for space to walk around the tents safely.  You can share the room dimensions and a photo of the space with us ahead of time, and we can discuss different configurations for the tents!

What areas do you service?

 

Sleepover in Style loves to share our parties with all areas of Toronto, but locations more than 20km outside of our warehouse location (M4L2W1) will incur a $3/km delivery fee (one-way only) for drop-off and again for pick-up.

What is the timing for delivery & pick up?

 

We can negotiate timing of set-up based on your party, but we aim to have set-up complete one hour before your party begins.

 

Take-down and equipment removal is usually between 10am and noon the following day.

What are the tent rules?

 

Sleepover parties are a lot of fun, but we must ask for some Sleepover in Style rules:

  • children must be supervised while using Sleepover in Style rented equipment

  • pets are not invited into the tents

  • tents and equipment must stay indoors

  • do not move the tents once they are set up

  • no food or drinks inside or near the tents that may stain the bedding and tent fabrics (i.e., cola, juice, pizza, cheesies, Doritos, etc.)

  • no makeup, nail polish, slime, paint, glue, silly string, face paint inside or near the tents or on the mattresses

  • Sleepover in Style rentals are for smoke-free environments only

What about cleaning?

 

All Sleepover in Style party equipment is fully cleaned between each party – linens are laundered and other equipment is sanitized. 

 

A $100 security deposit (due at time of payment) will be held until all equipment is accounted for and inspected for damage.  If there are no concerns, this deposit will be returned within one week of party.

What about last minute changes?

 

We understand that last minute changes can occur – if you would like to add an extra tent, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.  If numbers of desired tents go down, we will require one week notice for payment to be adjusted.  

 

If a party needs to be postponed due to illness, the deposit will be put towards a new date – we will work to accommodate a new date within six months.

How do I book?

 

Simply fill in our inquiry form and we can get started planning your sleepover in style!   

 

A $100 deposit is required at time of booking to secure date and number of tents.  Remaining party fees will be invoiced, due 7 days before booked date.
